CEO
and cofounder: Anton Torrents is a sales and business executive credited for building and managing Siemens Nixdorf Spain and Latin American territories to more than $300 million in revenues in the 1990s. In his 18-year history at Siemens, he led operations comprised of over 1,000 employees. He has shown a strong capacity for leadership, creating and motivating executive teams, managing a direct sales force and overseeing major project implementations. Mr. Torrents holds an AMP degree from INSEAD, and a CSC Index from M.I.T.

CTO and cofounder: Joseph Foley is a database expert with a strong business background. With more than 30 years of experience in data management, his research and development spans industries, including retail, insurance, manufacturing, engineering, communications, transportation and more. He co-founded two other successful technology companies that pioneered associative databases and other analytics systems. He is a recognized expert in information analysis and has presented at venues around the world, including several Business Intelligence Europe forums and DAMA/Wilshire Meta-Data Conferences. Mr. Foley holds a BS degree in business with a minor in computer science.

Alberto Gomez: Chief Financial Officer
Alberto is Managing Partner at Adara Venture Partners, the leading early-stage technology investor in Spain. He has more than 10 years of experience in venture capital and direct investments, as well as a specific focus on enterprise software, having been an investor and member of the board of numerous companies in the sector. Prior to Adara, Alberto was Managing Director of the corporate venturing unit of the Telefónica Group, and before that he held executive positions in financial management at Telefónica and as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley, and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Gomez holds an engineering degree from M.I.T. and an MBA from Harvard.

Vice President Global Sales & Alliances: Andrew Fletcher is responsible
for worldwide revenue through the illuminate Alliance Partner
network. In addition, he will have oversight of marketing, Alliance
Support, and North American operations. Fletcher will work from the
company's Denver regional office. Most recently Mr. Fletcher was EVP and Managing Partner at the Revenue Rocket Consulting Group (RRCG), a provider of innovative
business growth strategy solutions for IT professional service firms
throughout North America. A frequent speaker at industry events, Fletcher was responsible for the
firms Microsoft, Business Objects, and Oracle channel partner
competencies. In addition to business growth consulting, Mr.
Fletcher also was also involved in the firms Merger and Acquisitions
department, successfully completing a number of both buy and sell side
transactions during his tenure. Previous to RRCG, Mr. Fletcher was in
senior management at Oracle, where he led the BI/DW consulting practice
for Oracle Consulting Services, and was based in Minneapolis. In addition,
Fletcher was Managing Partner, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
for a Microsoft, Cognos, Ardent, Stellant, BI/DW partner and was named BI
“Partner of the Year” by Microsoft in 2000, and sat on the
Microsoft BI PAC.
